Privacy Policy

This policy sets out:

(A) the information we collect about you when you visit our website, use our products or services, or otherwise interact with us;

(B) how we use, share, store, and secure the information; and

In this policy, “we” refers to Alpha Blue Ocean registered in United Kingdom ref number 10993260 and “Platform” means our website at https://abo.d.nomatter.dev/. In this policy, “personal information” refers to any data, information, or combination of data and information that is provided by you to us, or through your use of our products or services, that relates to an identifiable individual.

5 Your rights

7.1 Our products and services are not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 16. If we become aware that an individual under 16 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.
